About this Course

Aquafit specially designed for teens and adults with a special need. Use the buoyancy and resistance of water to improve flexibility, cardio vascular health and to have fun! Personal assistants/workers can escort participants into the pool for free! Program is available for drop-in or pre-registration. No refunds for pre-registration.
