In previous years, the Glen Williams Town Hall Board and the Acton Fire Fighters Association provide Canada Day festivities, activities and a fireworks display on July 1st. As community celebrations for 2020 are restricted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual Canada Day events will allow residents to engage with fellow Canadians through various social media platforms.
The Government of Canada is celebrating Canada Day virtually this year to bring us together and share our pride in being Canadian. The Town of Halton Hills will join the virtual conversation, promote Canada Day programming and encourage the participation within our community.
